5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds vary depending on the product/service:
Digital Products & Merchandise (Playbooks, Gear, Webinars) All sales final.
No refunds once delivered or accessed.
Coaching (Group, Proximity, 1:1 Sessions) Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, coaching purchases are non-refundable once the program begins.
Strategy sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice but are non-refundable.
SaaS (Prospera Advisory Group) Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
You may cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
No prorated refunds for unused time.
DFY Outbound (Prospera Advisory Group) Governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
Unless stated otherwise in writing, retainers, set-up fees, and commissions are non-refundable. Retreats / Events Deposits are non-refundable.
Balance refund policies (if any) will be disclosed at time of registration.
